Our mission.
Inspiring the next generation to imagine, create and thrive through playful, hands-on STEM learning.
Our why.
Technology is changing the world at an incredible pace, yet too many young people, particularly those in isolated rural and coastal communities, miss out on opportunities to explore it in meaningful ways.
At Cognition Creative Learning CIC, we believe STEM education should be inspiring, inclusive and accessible.
Through creativity, collaboration and play, we help children build confidence alongside technical skills, opening doors to futures they may never have imagined.
Every child deserves the opportunity to discover what they're capable of.
Learning by doing.
Play isn’t the reward for learning; during a Cognition session, play is learning in action. At any age.
We simply don't believe the best learning happens by sitting still.
Our workshops are designed around curiosity, experimentation and real-world problem solving. Whether pupils are programming robots, designing solutions to engineering challenges or exploring artificial intelligence, they are learning by creating, testing, adapting and trying again.
Because the most valuable thing we can teach isn't how technology works,
it's the confidence to explore it.
Building the future together.
No organisation can inspire the next generation alone.
That's why we work alongside schools, families, businesses and industry partners to create opportunities that simply wouldn't exist otherwise.
Together, we're helping young people develop the skills, creativity and resilience they'll need to shape the future.
Our impact.

Entering a global competition pathway for 6-16 year old.
In 2025/26 we engaged over 44 schools and teams in regional competitions FIRST LEGO League Challenge and over 10 schools (300 students) engaged in FIRST LEGO League Explore. That’s over 700 students engaged in long-term robotics projects.
In 2026/27 we will be hosting FIRST LEGO League Explore, Challenge (Founders and Futures) and FIRST Tech Challenge. Our ambition is to engage over 100 teams across our pathways. Around 1000 students aged 6-18.

Over 90% of schools we engage with work with us regularly and re-engage in our STEM offering.
